Please read below about getting your family online account activated.

 

If you have ever registered for a special event or program in person or by mail and provided a email, you already have an online account in our system.  Please follow these steps to access your account:

  1. Click on Sign In in the top right, you do not need to create a new account.
  2. On the next page, click on "Forgot your password?"
  3. Type in your email address (email address you gave us when registering) 
  4. A temporary password will be sent to your email that is on file. Log in with the temporary password.
  5. If you need help, please call 219-865-2505.

If you are new and have never registered for a special event or class before:

  1. Click on Sign In in the top right corner.
  2. Click on Create Account button. 
  3. Enter in all your information, click create profile and your all set. 
  4. If you need help, please call 219-865-2505.
*Please note that online credit/ debit card payments require a 3% convenience fee to all transactions of $33 and over, and any credit/debit card transaction of $32 and under, will have a flat convenience fee of $1.00. If you pay in person or by mail you will not be charged a convenience fee.
*Your credit card statement transaction will reflect payment made to Pay Gov and not as payment made to Town of Dyer or Town of Dyer Parks Department.
